SAN ANDRES

The project consisted of the repair of the infrastructure of the metal communications towers of the Coast Guard Station, located in the Specific Command of San Andrés and Providencia.

The construction of a 45-meter-high metal tower, the maintenance of a 3-meter tower and a shelter were successfully carried out.

Weather-resistant steel was used for the towers and was carefully designed to support specific loads, from antennas and telecommunications equipment.

Safety and accessibility measures were implemented for personnel working in the tower, and preventive measures were taken to guarantee its structural stability and resistance to adverse weather conditions.

This project not only met the required safety and quality standards, but also contributed significantly to the communication and reference needs in the area where the tower was located.

In the shelter, the roof was changed, and the internal maintenance of the architectural and electrical elements was carried out.
